Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Approved returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving authorization.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Period

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery

Condition for Return

Acceptable Condition: The calendar must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Packaging: Please ensure the calendar is returned in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Prepare Return: Securely package the calendar, including the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided by our team.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

The following items are non-returnable:
